Welcome to SRA Holdings, Inc.
President photo In line with its corporate philosophy of "Contributing to the future of humankind through professional practice that fosters progress in all domains of computer science," since its establishment in 1967 the SRA Group has incorporated a global perspective into its pursuit of leading-edge technology. In addition to applying the results of these efforts to its business, SRA has also sought to realize quality enhancements that are solidly grounded in software engineering.

The SRA Group is proud to work with a diverse client base, which includes banks and securities firms, manufacturing enterprises, and academic institutions. For their customers, who represent leading companies in a wide range of industries, each of the 7 domestic and 7 overseas Group companies provides services that promote the success of clients' IT strategies and directly support increased international competitiveness; these efforts are enhanced by the advantages derived from SRA's status as an independent vendor, along with Group strengths of technical innovation and a global reach.

Along with targeting enhanced corporate and shareholder value, promoting earnings structure reform, and establishing a high-income model, we are committed to working to further enhance shareholder returns. Toward these ends, we are vigorously implementing the following policies.

1.  Improving profitability in existing operations
2.  Transforming the SRA business model
3.  Strengthening links between SRA's proprietary IP product business and overseas operations
4.  Further enhancing shareholder returns
Incrementally raise the target dividend payout ratio, aiming for 50% in the final year (period ending March 2018).
Achieve a stable, sustained ROE - an indicator of efficient utilization of shareholder equity - of at least 10% (established as a goal starting in the 2005 fiscal year).

We hope you will favor us with your continued support.
